The city’s finance department is responsible for accounting for the city’s revenues and expenditures, processing business licenses and taxes, maintaining contracts, developing operating and capital budgets, facilitating an annual audit, banking and investment management, payroll and benefit operations, and other related tasks.


The Finance Department is comprised of three members:
