The Community Development Division is undertaking initiatives to streamline aspects of the Planning and Zoning process and implement measures specifically as it relates to building applications, permits, plan reviews, and inspections. The schedule of residential building permit fees and special activity permit fees will also be changing. The department’s objective is to promote orderly growth of the community through the development and enforcement of plans and regulations that support the health, safety, and general welfare of its citizens. We appreciate your patience as we work to establish a more efficient system within our Planning and Zoning Department.
